This isn’t random effort. You’ll earn points for science-backed actions that improve your body, energy, and health.

Track Calories (yes, you can eat and drink whatever you want) — up to 350 points/week
Log Aerobic Exercise (choose the activity that suits you best) — up to 450 points/week
Strength Train (at the gym with A/C, outdoors, at home, or even at your summer cottage — full freedom) — up to 420 points/week
Increase Protein (every gram counts — feel fuller, reduce cravings, and protect your muscles) — up to 420 points/week

🎯 Bonus: Hit your personal 4-week goal = +1640 points
