I wasn’t always a personal trainer. I started as an office worker, struggling with excess body fat, a weak body, lower back pain, poor stamina, and low energy. While working at the Ministry of Finance and pursuing my Master’s degree, I made my fourth major attempt to change my lifestyle—and this time, I succeeded.

That’s completely fine! Every plan is customized to your fitness level. Whether you’re a beginner or already active, I’ll create a safe and effective plan for you.

What if I already train but want better results?

Great! If you’re already active but not seeing results, I will fine-tune your training and nutrition to maximize strength, fat loss, and performance.

What if I have back pain or other physical issues?

Many clients start training with back pain, joint discomfort, or poor posture. I will create a custom plan to strengthen your body safely while improving mobility.

Do I need any equipment at home?

No! I can design a no-equipment workout if needed. If you prefer gym training, I’ll make sure you have a structured plan.

How many windows will be cleaned?

The primary focus is on your training and nutrition consultation. The window cleaning is a bonus, done by my robot cleaner during the session. The number of windows depends on their size, how dirty they are, and the consultation length.

What if some windows aren’t cleaned?
